SimulArk Grid

Community Standards

Last updated: 2026-05-27 ยท Version 2026-05-27.1

These Community Standards describe the conduct rules for SimulArk residents, Hypergrid visitors, region owners, merchants, creators, guests, bots, scripted systems, and anyone using SimulArk services. They are part of the SimulArk Terms of Service. The English version is the controlling version.

1. Core Standard

Use SimulArk in a lawful, respectful, technically safe, and honest way. SimulArk is an independent OpenSimulator grid, and access is voluntary, conditional, and limited to people who accept the rules that protect the grid, its residents, creators, infrastructure, and reputation.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, hate speech, impersonation, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, or attacks.
  • Publishing private conversations, personal information, real identity, alternate accounts, or another user's data without consent, except where necessary to report abuse to staff.
  • Sexual content involving real, apparent, represented, simulated, or suggested minors, or any conduct that may associate SimulArk with sexual exploitation or criminal activity.
  • Griefing, visual spam, repetitive sounds, objects that trap or push avatars, malicious attachments, region attacks, simulator abuse, or attempts to prevent others from using the grid.
  • Copybot, stolen content, piracy, fake permissions, license violations, or distribution of assets without proper rights.

3. Scripts, Bots, Automation, Python, and SLUA

Scripts, bots, vendors, HUDs, attachments, APIs, Python, SLUA, and other automation must respect privacy, permissions, platform stability, and security. Automation may not steal data, bypass permissions, exploit bugs, overload regions, attack services, spam users, scrape private data, evade bans, or copy content without rights.

4. God Mode and Staff Powers

God Mode, console access, database access, elevated permissions, support powers, backup access, administrative tools, and grid powers are reserved only for authorized SimulArk staff. Attempting to obtain, simulate, sell, promise, impersonate, or misuse these powers is prohibited.

5. Regions, Events, and Adult Content

Region owners and event hosts are responsible for keeping their spaces lawful, properly signaled, and consistent with SimulArk rules. Adult content, where allowed, must remain only in appropriate spaces with suitable access controls. SimulArk may restrict or remove regions, events, objects, or accounts that create legal, security, safety, or reputation risk.

6. Hypergrid Visitors

Hypergrid visitors must follow SimulArk rules while inside SimulArk. External grid rules do not override SimulArk policy. Visitors may be asked to accept the SimulArk Terms of Service before entry, and access may be refused, restricted, or revoked for security, legal, technical, or administrative reasons.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

SimulArk may warn, return objects, disable scripts, remove content, restrict features, block sales, suspend accounts, restrict Hypergrid access, ban by avatar, origin grid, IP, or technical hash, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts. Severe or urgent issues may be handled without prior notice.

8. Appeals

Affected users may request review by contacting admin@simulark.xyz with avatar name, UUID when known, date, action challenged, and relevant evidence. SimulArk may maintain protective measures while reviewing the appeal and may reject abusive, repetitive, unsupported, or bad-faith appeals.

9. Safety of the Grid

SimulArk may act to protect infrastructure, residents, creators, assets, private regions, the economy, legal compliance, and public reputation. No rule list can describe every harmful scenario; administration may act against behavior that creates comparable risk even if it is not named word-for-word in this document.
